ALUMNI

Annual Alumni Meet 2023 was held on 5th November 2023 in the Sharada Sabhagana Auditorium and was attended by 40 alumni and several others regretted their inability to attend the same.

Nimisha Niranjan, student of IV Pharm.D. welcomed the gathering and the proceedings started with an invocation dance by Jeevitha N, I Year M.Pharm and lighting of lamp by Principal and office bearers of the association and senior most alumnus.

Dr A J Rajamma, Principal and President of Alumni association welcomed participants to the alumni meet and wished for a grand success of the meet. She stressed on the need to remain in touch with the alma mater and their contribution in achieving the vision, mission and objectives of the institution.

Dimple Pirgal, Secretary of the association, at the outset traced the progress of the Alumni Association and the agenda for the further cooperation between the alumni and institution for the coming years. She expressed his happiness about growing interest by the older batches of student and their enthusiasm and their ready to share attitude. Majority of the alumni gave their feedback and fondly remembered their days in the college and their wish to be in touch with institution and readiness’s to cooperate with the alumni association functions.

All alumni wandered the department noticing significant changes and were feeling nostalgic, cherishing their memories. A thorough bunch of sessions and activities were organized to rejuvenate their union followed by lunch. In this bunch of session, B Pharm & Pharm D students performed dance, songs and various games for the alumni where they actively participated and enjoyed. Alumni also shared their views and gave valuable advice & guidance to present Pharmacy students. Alumni assured that they will be contributing to our Institute via various ways such as project & guidance, mentoring, expert talk, industrial visit, T&P etc.

Mr. Narahari, Member of the association delivered the vote of thanks, wishing all the alumni very best for their future endeavor.

Alumni showed their willingness to be in touch with the department even in the future. As a token of love beautiful in decor plant was gifted to them.

As it is said "Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress; working together is success" so with this beginning we with Alumni look forward for many more such meets in the future which will keep us connected.
