As the Placement Officer, I am committed to building a strong rapport with our students and supporting them in their journey toward successful careers. My goal is to instil confidence by helping them understand the requirements of various industries and the expectations companies have from fresh graduates.

I take this responsibility as an opportunity to guide students in developing the right skills, clearing doubts, and addressing any confusion they may face while preparing to begin their professional journey. Through interactive sessions, workshops, and open discussions, I aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry needs, ensuring that our students are well-prepared to meet future challenges with clarity and confidence.

Each year, our campus proudly hosts leading companies for recruitment drives, offering students valuable career opportunities. Despite the challenges , many top corporates recruited a significant number of our students, reflecting both the talent of our graduates and the strength of our industry connections.

The Placement Cell has successfully coordinated with renowned multinational organizations such as Abbott, GSK, Mylan, Raptakos Brett & Co., Novo Nordisk, BioconApotex, AstraZeneca, Hetero , Advara , Navya Pharma Pvt. Ltd. and and leading Indian pharmaceutical companies such as Quintiles, Bal Pharma and Neon Lab.more. Alongside these global leaders, several prominent Indian companies also participated, ensuring a diverse range of opportunities across sectors.

With the continuous support of the Principal, professors, and students, the Placement Cell works diligently toward achieving the goal of 100% student placement. The Cell also organizes pooled campus placement drives, providing opportunities not only for our students but also for those from other pharmacy colleges.

The college regularly conducts guest lectures to help students understand the scope and importance of various postgraduate programs such as M.Pharm, MBA, MS, and others. Every year, final-year students appear for postgraduate entrance examinations including GPAT, PGCET, and similar tests. Many of our students have successfully secured admission to premier institutions such as NIPER, BITS, and other reputed institutes.

The institution also organizes industrial visits, training seminars, conferences, and expert lectures to enhance students’ practical exposure and equip them with the skills required to effectively pursue future career opportunities.
